At Luxe with Larissa, we want you to love your piece. Every item we sell is pre-owned luxury, carefully inspected and described. Please read our return policy before purchasing.
Return window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If your item arrives and is not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, dust bags, tags, and authenticity cards included.
Final sale items
Items clearly marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
How refunds work
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item arrived not as described — in which case we cover it.
Exchanges
We’re a small curated shop and can’t always offer direct exchanges, but we’ll happily help you find another piece you’ll love — just reach out.
